Jerry has over 15 years of experience serving his clients as a personal financial advisor and investment advisor representative. Mr. Bulaclac launched RadiantVest in 2020 to advise his clients on budget analysis, retirement planning, education planning, risk management, and estate planning. Jerry has been partnered with Independent Financial Partners (IFP) since 2012, and he holds his Series 7 & 66 securities registrations with IFP Securities, LLC. Jerry also holds his State of Florida life, health, and variable annuity license. Mr. Bulaclac is committed to helping his clients build a brighter tomorrow.
When away from work, Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their three children. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and dabbling in action and still photography.

Aaron Gilman
Chief Investment Officer, IFP
Aaron Gilman serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Independent Financial Partners and the President of IFP Asset Management. He conducts analytical research and due diligence for all investment types, portfolio analyses and construction, portfolio management, and directs all activities in IFP’s asset management group. Mr. Gilman also serves as the head of the IFP Investment Advisory Committee.

Pete Nunley
Director, Asset Management, IFP
Pete Nunley conducts due diligence for investments, helps advisors with investment-related tasks, forecasts market returns by running regression analyses using economic variables, assists in the surveillance of LPL, Schwab, Fidelity, and TD Ameritrade accounts, and much more. He also serves on IFP’s Investment Advisory Committee.

Hessum Zangenehpour
Director, Trading, IFP
Hessum is responsible for processing advisory fees and serves as a liaison to advisors with regards to various billing needs with external and internal contacts. He previously has worked on a variety of quantitative trading projects with privately held firms and individual clients and was an early investor in Bitcoin.
